How do you become a  conscious creator of your life? How can you connect to your inner core and respond to an ever more confusing world with clarity, strength and creative purpose?

In times of increasing complexity and contradiction, it becomes more vital than ever to understand the deeper currents shaping and influencing our inner lives. We so often can fall 'off track' or respond from a place of feeling unaligned to our deepest Selves.

Using the framework of Biography Work, bodywork, conversation and deep reflective practice, this workshop will help you:

• Reconnect with your inner centre
• Understand what forces are influencing your soul and life path
• Recognise and transform destructive forces by activating your own creative potential
• Discover and work with your life themes
• Contribute to the development of humanity through the material of your
• Own biography

Participants will work with their own biographic material in small groups. The process will be accompanied by theoretical contributions and movement improvisation. This workshop will be especially valuable for those seeking orientation and meaning in their own life and will offer a chance for inspiration and reconnection particularly to those in the helping professions.
