We meet early in the morning. After practicing together, the whole day still lies ahead of you—with renewed mobility and fresh energy for everything you have planned.

Languages: The course is held in English. You are warmly welcome to join even if you understand only a little English. The movements become clear through direct participation.

All videos and course materials are available in English, German, and Russian, so you can deepen your understanding at your own pace in a language you find easier to understand.

Background information
This course was created at the initiative of our friends at the Panyotai Waldorf School in Bangkok. Through this course, we are laying the foundation for our continued collaboration on site in October and for bringing eurythmy into the school curriculum in a fresh and inspiring way.
